We start preparing your order only once you’ve paid on arrival at a restaurant.

At McDonald’s we pride ourselves on fast, delicious food. We know you expect this from us too. Many of you who use My McDonald’s app order before getting to the restaurant. If we prepared your order before you arrived, it would be cold by the time you picked it up.
