Contacting your courier?

There may be situations where you want to contact your courier. From the home screen, click “Track Order” and then click the Help link on the tracking screen to contact your courier.

Keep in mind that your courier may be driving and may not be able to answer the phone right away. In addition, your courier is also able to contact you if he or she is unable to easily find your delivery address.
