My order is taking longer than expected

McDonald’s and Uber Eats couriers work hard to deliver within estimated times.

We ask you to allow an extra 15 minutes to account for unexpected traffic, road conditions and delays.

Whilst waiting you can check the status of your order in the My McDonald’s App. You can also contact your courier from there (see “Contacting your Courier” above).
