Are staff members allowed to wear warm clothing in restaurants?

The well-being of our staff is very important and as such, all staff that work in areas of the restaurant where the temperature is likely to be colder (such as stockrooms, freezers, chillers or outside) will be provided with the relevant items of clothing to keep themselves warm and also visible.
